Last Saturday, it took place at the Parc de Can Font, the first CITO (Cache in Trash Out) meeting. The CITO are an environmental initiative practiced by the geocaching community since 2002, and have helped preserve the natural beauty of sites related to geoamagats.
On this occasion, 35 people gathered to clean the Can Font Park, and part of the cleaning activity, they enjoyed a breakfast, a visit to the Ermita de Can Font, and to do activities for children who also went, related to the Park and the forest of the surroundings. Attendees were also given the event plates.
The organizers, who were the Parc de la Sèquia and the geocachers beeding, Moriarty, Aura_, rrp1963, Josef. Apart from the satisfaction in the success of the call, the origin of the participants, mostly of the Bages, has also been highlighted, but the presence of participants from the counties of Girona, and the counties of Barcelona.
